Oh boy, let me tell you, that WWE, they sure know how to put on a show! You know, I heard they’re comin’ to Omaha in 2024. Yep, WWE Omaha 2024, that’s the talk of the town. My grandson, he’s all excited, jumpin’ around like a frog on a hot plate. He keeps goin’ on and on about it.
Big Wrestling Show in Omaha
He says it’s gonna be a big deal, this WWE in Omaha. Says all the big names gonna be there. I don’t know half of ’em, but he sure does. He showed me pictures on his phone. Big, strong fellas, and ladies too! They all be wearin’ those shiny outfits, jumpin’ around, and throwin’ each other over the ropes. It’s quite a sight, I reckon. I remember we used to have to pay extra to watch it on the TV. Now, they bring it to town.
They got all these different shows, you see. There’s one they call Monday Night Raw. That’s a popular one, I guess. Then there’s another one, Friday Night SmackDown. Sounds like somethin’ that happens down at the bar on a Friday night, don’t it?
All Them Wrestlers
- CM Punk – My grandson says he’s a big deal.
- LA Knight – Sounds like a fella from a movie.
- Liv Morgan – A girl wrestler, can you believe it?
- Raquel Rodriguez – Another lady, they sure are tough these days.
- The New Day – They’re a team, like them tag teams.
And they got this thing called NXT, which I guess is for the young’uns learnin’ the ropes, so to speak. They gotta start somewhere, right? Then they have these big events, like WrestleMania. Now, that sounds important, don’t it? And Royal Rumble, that sounds like a big fight, a real rumble in the jungle! I sure am glad I am not fighting in that! And SummerSlam. I guess they like to have these things in the summer. Lots of big names in there too.
Now, this thing in Omaha, it’s gonna be at the CHI Health Center. That’s a fancy place, ain’t it? My grandson, he says it’s gonna be on July 19th. Mark your calendars, folks! That is in 2024, so there is time to save some money for the tickets. WWE tickets can be a little expensive. You know, for a working woman like me, that is a lot of money. They say you can buy ’em online. That internet thing is somethin’ else, ain’t it? You can buy anything these days, even WWE event details online.
Wrestle Show on TV Too!
They also have this thing called WWE Main Event and Saturday Night’s Main Event. It sounds like they never stop! I don’t know how they keep up with all of it. Back in my day, we were lucky to have one wrestling show a month, and we had to walk uphill both ways to see it! You kids today got it easy, you know?
My grandson also told me that there is this big show called Survivor Series. He says it is one of the best, like this WrestleMania XL. I guess that is the 40th, so that will be a very big one. He said there will be lots of highs and lows.
You know, they say that starting January 6, 2024, that RAW is going to be on this thing called Netflix. It will be on at 8 in the evening. I guess that is the time everyone sits down to watch their shows. So, I guess we will all be able to watch it now. It is always fun to watch those big guys fall around.
They also had this WWE RAW: Day 1 in San Diego on January 1st, 2024. I guess they start the year off with a bang. I guess that is also a big deal because they had this Seth Rollins fella fighting in a steel cage. That sounds dangerous. They say he is a big star, so I guess people like to watch him.
SmackDown is Changing
And get this, they say this SmackDown is gonna be three hours long in 2025! Three hours! That’s a long time to be watchin’ people wrestle. I don’t know if I can sit that long. They say it’s gonna be different, though. Well, I guess we’ll see what all the fuss is about. They are always changing things.
Anyways, this WWE Omaha 2024 thing, it sounds like it’s gonna be a big hootenanny. If you like that sort of thing, you should probably get your tickets early. They say they sell out fast, like hotcakes at a church social. You know, if you want to watch these big guys and gals, then you need to see that WWE Live.
