Alright, so I’ve been eyeing this Tyson Fury vs. Francis Ngannou fight for a while now. It’s not every day you get to see a boxing champ go up against an MMA beast. The whole thing’s going down in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on October 28, 2023. Sounds fancy, right?
First, I tried to figure out if it’s even worth going all the way to Saudi Arabia for this. I mean, it’s not just a hop, skip, and a jump away. It’s a whole journey. I started looking into the ticket situation. Let me tell you, these aren’t your average movie tickets.
Ticket Prices
- Ringside Seats: These are the big ones. I’m seeing numbers like over $30,000! Can you believe that? It is totally crazy! But hey, if you’ve got the cash and want to practically be in the ring, go for it. It sounds like a dream! But it was not for me, I’m not a millionaire after all…
So, after I calmed down, I decided to look for something a bit more in my budget. And guess what? There are some decent seats for around $50 to $200. Not bad, right? You still get to see everything up close and personal. And, after thinking, I could afford it.
- Floor Seats: These are a bit of a step up from the regular seats. Prices start at around $227 and can go up to $2,657. For those who want a better view without breaking the bank completely, it’s a solid choice.
But then, I stumbled upon something that made me laugh. For the folks with money to burn, there are ringside tickets going for $38. I guess if you’re rolling in dough, why not?
After weighing my options, I went for a ticket in the $50-$200 range. It’s a good balance of price and experience. I’m not getting any younger, and who knows when I’ll get another chance to see something like this live.
Now, getting to Saudi Arabia, that’s a whole other story. It’s not cheap, and it’s definitely not a quick trip. But hey, it’s part of the adventure, right? I’ve started looking at flights and places to stay. It’s all part of the experience.
And you know what? Even if you can’t make it to Riyadh, you can still watch it on TV, but you gotta pay for that too. And there are some folks getting rich off of this whole thing, but that’s how the world works, I guess. Just remember, folks, it’s all about the experience and the stories you get to tell after.
So, there you have it. My journey to potentially seeing Tyson Fury vs. Francis Ngannou live. It’s a mix of excitement, a bit of sticker shock, and a whole lot of planning. But in the end, I think it’s going to be worth it. Wish me luck!
