This psv thing, I heard them young’uns talking ’bout it. They say it’s some kinda game thing, but not like them old game boxes we used to have. This one’s you can carry around, play anywhere, like on the cart to the market or while waiting for the doctor.
They say this new psv, or whatever it’s called, ain’t coming out soon. Gotta wait a long time, years even. My grandson, he’s always on about these things. He told me it’s like that Switch thing, or the Steam Deck, but not quite. It’s all so confusing. All these newfangled gadgets.
This thing, they say it’s from Sony. That’s a big name, right? They make all sorts of things. TVs, them music players, and now these game things. I remember when Sony was just a radio. Times sure have changed.

They say it plays them PlayStation 5 games. My grandson, he’s got one of them PlayStation 5s. It’s a big white box, sits next to the TV. The games look real fancy, like watching a movie. But this psv thing, it’s gonna play them games on a little screen you hold in your hands. Sounds like magic to me.

But Sony, they’re a big company. They must know what they’re doin’, right? Maybe they know something we don’t. Maybe this psv thing is gonna be different. Maybe it’s gonna be special. They say it is a psv prediction.
This report thing, it says this psv ain’t like that Portal thing. That Portal thing, you gotta have a PlayStation 5 to use it. It’s like a little add-on. But this new psv, it’s gonna be its own thing. You don’t need no PlayStation 5. You just play the games right on it. Which I think is better. No need another big box.
I don’t know much about these things, but it sounds kinda neat. Being able to play them fancy games anywhere you want. On the bus, in the waiting room, even in the outhouse if you’re so inclined. Although I wouldn’t recommend that, mind you. It is not good to stay too long in the outhouse.

I’m gonna ask my grandson more about this psv thing. He always has good info. Maybe he can explain it to me better. He’s a good boy, even if he spends too much time with his face in them screens. He always explains things patiently.
