Well, well, well, look what we have here. Jaylen Warren or Joshua Kelley, huh? That’s a real head-scratcher. These young fellas, running around with the football, they sure know how to make an old lady like me scratch her head. They both got some pep in their step, that’s for sure. Let’s see if I can figure this out, might need my glasses for this one.
So, this Jaylen Warren, he’s a tough one, I tell ya. He’s like a little bull, just plowing through those other boys. He runs hard. You see him get the ball, and bam! He’s gone, just like that. He had some good games last year, that’s what folks are sayin’.
And then there’s this Joshua Kelley fella. Now, he’s a bit different. He’s more of a, what do they call it… a shifty runner? Yeah, that’s it. He’s quick on his feet. He can dodge and weave, make those other boys miss. But can he take a hit? Hmmm, that’s what I’m wonderin’.
- Jaylen Warren, strong runner, tough as nails.
- Joshua Kelley, quick feet, can make people miss.
- Both play running back position.
I heard some folks talkin’ about fantasy football. Sounds like a made-up game to me, but they say these two boys are important for that. They say you gotta pick one for your team. Tough choice, I tell ya. Both seem pretty good in their own way, it’s like pickin’ between apple pie and peach cobbler, both taste good.
This Warren boy, he plays for that Pittsburgh team. They got black and yellow colors, look like bumblebees to me. And this Kelley, he’s with that Los Angeles team, they play in that fancy new stadium. Big city, bright lights, probably distracts the boys from playin’ their best, if you ask me. They are both good players, don’t get me wrong.
I seen Warren play a few times. He gets right in the middle of the pile and just keeps churnin’ his legs. Reminds me of my old mule, Bessy. Stubborn as all get out, but she’d pull that plow all day long. That’s what you want in a football player, someone who doesn’t give up.
Kelley, now I haven’t seen him play as much. But I seen some highlights on the TV. He can sure run fast. Like a scared rabbit, he is! He runs away from the other players real quick, and that’s not bad either. He’s like my neighbor’s rooster, always runnin’ around.
- Pittsburgh, that’s where Warren plays.
- Los Angeles, that’s where you find Kelley.
I heard some folks sayin’ that Warren might get more chances to run the ball this year. The other fella on his team, the one who used to run it all the time, he got hurt or somethin’. So that means more work for Warren, I reckon. They said Warren is a good fantasy football pick.
And they say Kelley, he’s gotta share the ball with some other fast fellas on his team. That makes it tough, you know? If you ain’t gettin’ the ball, you can’t show what you can do. But maybe he’ll surprise us. He could be a sneaky good one, they say. You never know about these things. Sometimes the underdog comes out on top.
So, which one is better? Shoot, I don’t know. It’s like tryin’ to decide which one of my grandkids is my favorite. They’re both good in their own way. If you want someone who’s gonna run hard and not back down, maybe Warren is your man.
But if you want someone who’s gonna be quick and slippery, maybe you go with Kelley. It all depends on what you like, I guess. And what your fantasy football team needs, whatever that means.
One thing’s for sure, both these boys can play football. They wouldn’t be out there if they couldn’t. They worked hard to get where they are. And that’s somethin’ to admire, no matter who you are or what team you’re on.
- Warren, maybe more chances this year.
- Kelley, gotta share the ball.
- Both are good football players.
I guess the best advice I can give is to watch ’em both play and see for yourself. That’s what I’m gonna do. I’ll be sittin’ right here in my rocking chair, watchin’ those games on the TV. And maybe, just maybe, I’ll figure out which one of these young fellas is the better football player. And then I will know which one is the best for fantasy football. It is all confusing for an old lady like me. But it is fun to watch!
