Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this “de minaur odds” thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a bit of a ride. I’m no expert, just a regular guy who likes to tinker, so bear with me.

First, I started by just trying to understand what the heck it even was. I did some digging, you know, the usual poking around online. Honestly, it felt like everyone else already knew what they were doing, and I was just stumbling in the dark.
Then I decided to just jump in and try something. I figured the best way to learn was by doing, right? So, I grabbed some data – just some random numbers, really – and started playing with them. I tried a few different things, mostly just guessing and checking. It was pretty messy, I’m not gonna lie.
- I tried one approach, and it totally bombed. Like, complete failure.
- Then I tweaked a few things, and it kinda sorta worked, but not really.
- Finally, after a lot of trial and error, I managed to get something that seemed to be doing… something.
The (Slightly) Working Result
So, I can make something that can calculate some basic things.
It’s not perfect, and I’m sure there are way better ways to do it, but hey, it’s a start. I’m still not 100% sure I understand all the ins and outs, but I’m definitely learning. It is not very good, but for now, it can work.

I’m planning to keep messing with this, see if I can improve it, maybe even make it actually useful. Who knows, maybe one day I’ll even be able to explain it to someone else without sounding like a complete idiot.
