Alright, so the other day I was trying to figure out what movies Shaq was in, besides the obvious ones like “Kazaam” and “Steel”. I mean, the dude’s a giant, he’s gotta be in more stuff, right?
First, I just hit up Google. You know, the usual “Shaq movies” search. That gave me the basics, the ones everyone knows. But I wanted a complete list, something exhaustive.
I recall some that were on the list including:
- Kazaam
- Steel
- Blue Chips
So, I started digging. I went through the search result pages, making a note of every movie mentioned. Some of them were just cameos, where he’s basically playing himself, but I still counted them.
Then, I used the information that was on the first search result, and created a basic list:

It was a pretty fun deep dive. I ended up watching some clips of his older stuff, remembering how much I loved “Kazaam” as a kid, even if it’s kinda cheesy now. And I discovered some movies I didn’t even know he was in!
