Alright, so y’all wanna know ’bout this Bautista fella and if he’s comin’ back to that wrestlin’ stuff, the WWE, right? Well, lemme tell ya what I heard, and it ain’t lookin’ good for y’all wantin’ to see him back in them tights.
This here Bautista, he done said he ain’t comin’ back. Said it plain as day, he did. Heard tell he’s got this idea in his head that if he goes back, it’ll mess up the nice way he finished things up before. Like, he had a good last match, and he don’t wanna go back and make it all bad. He calls it a “storybook endin’,” or somethin’ fancy like that. Sounds like he’s happy with how it all went down and don’t wanna change it.
Now, it’s been a good long while since he’s been on that wrestlin’ TV show. Three years, maybe more. That’s a long time, even for someone who ain’t countin’ the days like I am. Folks been talkin’, wishin’ he’d come back, but this fella, he seems pretty set on stayin’ put.
- He says he got to choose how he left, and that’s a special thing.
- He don’t wanna ruin it.
- Wrestlin’ retirement ain’t like regular retirement, you know? People always comin’ back, but he don’t wanna be like that.
Seems like he really means it this time. They even said he’d avoid gettin’ back in that ring at all costs. That’s pretty strong words, if you ask me. He ain’t just sayin’ “maybe not,” he’s sayin’ “no way, no how.” He had this one match, a real rough one, they called it “No Holds Barred,” and that was it. He hung up his boots, or whatever them wrestlin’ shoes are called, and that was that. He wanted to go be in them Hollywood movies, and seems like he’s doin’ alright there.
And get this, this Bautista guy, he used to be a real big fella. Weighed a ton, he did. But he went and lost a whole bunch of weight, like eighty pounds! Said he needed to do it for them movie roles and to feel better. So, he ain’t even the same size he was when he was wrestlin’. Makes you wonder if he could even do all them moves anymore. Not that I know nothin’ about wrestlin’ moves, mind you. I just watch it on the TV sometimes when the soaps ain’t on.
They say he’s missin’ the excitement and the crowds, you know, all them folks cheerin’ and hollerin’. But he figures it ain’t worth the risk. He’s gettin’ older, I guess, and wrestlin’ ain’t for the faint of heart. It’s rough on the body, all that jumpin’ and thumpin’. And he’s got that movie career goin’ on, don’t wanna mess that up.
Plus, this fella, he ain’t hurting for money. Heard he’s got a whole pile of it, like twenty million dollars! That’s more money than I can even imagine. So, it ain’t like he needs to go back to wrestlin’ for the cash. He’s doin’ just fine without it.
So, if you ask me, and even if you don’t, I’d say don’t hold your breath waitin’ for this Bautista fella to come back to the WWE. He sounds like he’s made up his mind, and he’s stickin’ to it. He got his happy ending, and he wants to keep it that way. Can’t say I blame him. Sometimes, it’s best to just leave well enough alone.
In short, it seems pretty clear: Bautista ain’t coming back to WWE. He’s moved on to other things, and he’s happy where he is. So, we just gotta remember the good ol’ days when he was wrestlin’ and be thankful for the show he gave us.
